What’s Included

This site visit is fully hosted and sponsored by Flanders Convention Bureau and Ghent Congress. The trip includes:

  • Bespoke train/flight travel arrangements to and from Ghent.
  • Two nights of accommodation in Ghent (Mon 30 Nov & Tues 01 Dec)

(Please note, additional hosted overnights and programme can be requested, especially for US and Canadian based guests)

  • Meals whilst in Ghent and full programme tour of venues and activities (further details to follow after your registration)
  • Accompanied by the team at Flanders Convention Bureau and Ghent Congress and our partners.
  • Flexibility to adapt the programme to accommodate any individual requests for specific venues or meeting contacts where possible. We’re also open to include post visits to other Flanders cities if relevant for you.
