How our 4-phase Impact Methodology works

In collaboration with #Meet4Impact we developed a complete methodology to determine the impact of your conference. This methodology consists out of 4 phases.

Phase 1 - Discover your milestone
Together we identify the long-term societal change your conference can achieve, whether it’s advancing health, sustainability, education, or innovation.

Phase 2 - Mobilize key stakeholders
We engage a strong local support base. Connecting with government entities, academic institutions, businesses, and NGOs, to amplify and sustain that impact.

Phase 3 - Measure the outcomes
We quantify the actual effects of your conference with an in-depth impact report. Use insights from these findings to refine future events and maximize positive results.

Phase 4 - Communicate your story
We share your impact journey strategically, through tailored messages and relevant channels, to inspire and engage your community, stakeholders, and beyond.
