Your hosted invitation to gain fresh insights, new perspectives and valuable connections at the European Association Summit. Plus explore the Flemish conference city of your choice.

Where Association peers meet to connect, learn and be inspired

You are invited to join Flanders Convention Bureau as one of our international association guests to benefit from attending the European Association Summit (EAS) in Brussels on Thursday 26 March.

EAS has grown to become the foremost gathering of international association professionals from across Europe.  Organised by the European Society of Association Executives (ESAE), it brings together leaders and experts to explore the latest trends and issues shaping the future of the  association sector.

The 2026 theme is:

Define Tomorrow, Act Today:  Leading Together for Impact”

Be part of that conversation during the interactive programme of panels, workshops and educational sessions.  Attended by association professionals across Europe, this is your chance to meet, learn and network with your international peers and gain fresh insights, new perspectives and valuable connections.

Experience Flanders

In addition to joining EAS, we invite you to explore one of Flanders iconic conference cities on a hosted visit tailored to your interests.

Whether that’s the vibrant art scene of Antwerp, the medieval charm of Bruges, the innovative spirit of Ghent or the picturesque streets of Leuven and Mechelen. You’ll experience a rich cultural heritage, a wide variety of venue options as well as unique academic and industry hubs across multiple sectors and disciplines.  You’ll see how these combine to make Flanders a potential setting for your future conferences.
